Spectrum Health Care is a leading provider of home care services in Canada, committed to re-imagining home care for clients and families. We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

The Patient Experience Coordinator will be responsible for completing patient surveys, analyzing and interpreting data, and presenting insights to stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with data to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete patient surveys across our patient population each month
  • Create monthly and quarterly reports for presentation to stakeholders
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and recommend areas of improvement
  • Customize survey tools for use within our specialty programs
  • Record data and ask probing questions to gather clear and usable data
  • Send survey reminders on a weekly basis
  • Manage patient concerns received via phone survey, escalate as appropriate and follow up with patient

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business or related field
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer service role
  • 1+ years' experience working with data
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong presentation skills
