Construction Real Estate Attorney

We are seeking a skilled Construction Real Estate Attorney to join our in-house legal department. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with legal and business teams to provide expert advice on construction and infrastructure matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address construction and infrastructure needs.
- Create common infrastructure documentation and negotiate standard form contracts.
- Represent the company at client engagements and develop strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in construction or infrastructure law, either in-house or through a law firm.
- Experience with commercial leasing, development, and operation of commercial properties.
- Knowledge of public procurement processes for government infrastructure.
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
