Job Title: Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at LAYERS OF JOY LTD. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters for various baked goods according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality products
  • Prepare special orders and ensure that products meet established standards
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail
  • Hand-eye coordination and ability to stand for extended periods
  • Dependability and reliability, with a strong team player attitude
