Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team at Midtown Medical Centre Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Reception: Greet patients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate areas, and handle incoming calls and messages.
- Scheduling and Record-Keeping: Schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, and perform data entry tasks.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to patients, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including maintaining files, preparing reports, and performing other duties as required.
Our medical office is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Will train
- Work Setting: Health care institution, facility, or clinic
