We specialize in all subject areas and cater to students from age four to twenty. Our team is comprised of certified teachers or those in the process of completing their degree in Education, who are paid much higher wages than the industry average.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior English teacher who is OCT certified with senior English qualifications. The ideal candidate will provide differentiated and individualized instruction, have access to a vehicle, and be willing to work 5-10 hours a week. They must also be able to implement a variety of teaching strategies.

  • Provide academic support to students based on expertise and knowledge of the Ontario curriculum.
  • Develop and provide supplemental assignments to students to promote a greater understanding of material.
  • Offer remedial and enrichment support for students.
  • Communicate with parents or guardians to discuss student progress.

A qualified applicant will meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • You hold a registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers.
  • You are qualified to teach in a Canadian Province/Territory outside of Ontario.
  • You are qualified to teach in the United States.
  • You are a current teacher candidate; pursuing a bachelor of education.
  • You have experience as a lecturer/course instructor at an accredited Canadian University or College.
