Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Maxi. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
