Job Summary

As a key member of our Corporate Treasury team, you will be responsible for providing regulatory, management, and financial liquidity reporting to support the bank's liquidity risk management strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Controlling LRM Infrastructure and Data Integrity
    • Review and ensure the integrity of liquidity data, including daily monitoring of on and off balance sheet data.
    • Manage static data reference tables and reconcile trade data.
    • Coordinate with IT for data-related issues.
  • Project Management
    • Assist with project-based initiatives, including leading change and systems transformations that impact liquidity data.
    • Manage regional contributors and collate data issues to minimize impact on regulatory and management reporting.
  • Operational Processes and Reporting Architecture
    • Review and provide feedback on operational processes and reporting architecture.
    • Analyze data flows and interdependent elements to implement correct logic in complex systems.
    • Recommend enhancements for change.
  • Managing Changes - Regulatory and New Products/Businesses
    • Stay current on regulatory guidance and changes.
    • Provide guidance on new regulations for new products and/or businesses.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead a team of liquidity specialists in conducting daily data integrity health checks.
    • Coordinate analysis with regional partners.
    • Guide database and system development and maintenance activity from an end-user perspective.
  • Data Visualization and Storytelling
    • Leverage visualization tools to convey data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Must-Have
    • 5+ years of experience in financial institutions.
    • 5+ years of experience in data solutions and applying data techniques.
    • Strong knowledge of design, development, and implementation experience utilizing data science technologies.
    • 3+ years of experience in programming and scripting languages such as Python and SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
    • Strong business acumen and analytical thinker.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, including change management, facilitation, and collaboration.
    • Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Nice-to-Have
    • CA, CPA, CMA designation.
    • Detailed knowledge of capital markets businesses, products, and systems.
