Audit Manager, Information Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Audit Professional to join our team at BMO. As an IT Audit Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal control systems and risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct IT audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Develop and implement audit plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with technology and business processes.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on IT audit and risk management best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our audit and risk management practices remain current and effective.
- 5+ years of experience in IT audit, risk management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, or CISM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
