We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Audit Professional to join our team at BMO. As an IT Audit Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our internal control systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct IT audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
- Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to management on IT audit and risk management best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and control enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in IT audit and risk management.
- 5+ years of experience in IT audit and risk management, preferably in a financial services industry.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, or ITIL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial services industry.
