We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Solutions Specialist to join our team in Richmond, BC.

As an Aerospace Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day priorities in solving clients' VHF/UHF Radio, Telephone, Networking & PC hardware related issues.

About the Role
  • You will coordinate, prioritize, and resolve issues encountered by customers.
  • Analyze system failures, identify, and restore equipment malfunctions and failures.
  • Perform a variety of duties, including but not limited to servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removing equipment.
  • Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications.
  • Manage technical products, services, logistics, and provisioning, quantity surveying, and configurations to assigned customers.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and recommend actions to company or customer representatives.
  • Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Install & maintain digital wireless communication equipment in the VHF, UHF, 800 MHz bands operating on trunking or conventional modes.
  • Install & Maintain dispatch console systems.
  • Manage statement of work to meet customer and contract requirements.
  • Contact customer, collect feedback, and establish and maintain good relationship with customers.
  • Will communicate and interact, both verbally and written, with English speaking customers.
  • Travel 30%.
What You Will Need
  • Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with RF testing equipment and troubleshooting skills.
