Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at RED CHILLI RESTAURANT INC. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
  • Will train.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding workload. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and work under pressure to meet customer demands.
