Marketing Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team at JMC HR Consulting. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business goals.
  • Contribute to marketing plans by providing insights from market research and client feedback.
  • Lead the development of high-quality content for marketing campaigns, including thought leadership articles, white papers, investment insights, and client case studies.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing activities, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with advising representatives and client service team to enhance client engagement strategies.
  • Participate in the creation of personalized client communications and gifting strategy for clients.
  • Coordinate the organization of client events including planning, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Manage the firm's digital presence, including website updates, SEO, and social media platforms.
  • Create and execute content calendars for digital channels, ensuring timely posting and engagement tracking.
  • Monitor metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Support brand-building initiatives and ensure the firm's branding is consistently applied across all marketing materials.
  • Assist in identifying new opportunities for enhancing the firm's visibility and market positioning.

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing or communications, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, email marketing software).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bilingual (French / English).
