Marketing Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Associate to join our team at JmC. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Assist in creating and implementing marketing plans to drive business goals, including developing marketing campaigns and content.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Contribute to marketing plans by providing insights from market research and client feedback.
  • Content Creation: Lead the development of high-quality content for marketing campaigns, including thought leadership articles, white papers, investment insights, and client case studies.
  • Marketing Activity Execution: Oversee the execution of marketing activities, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with advising representatives and client service team to enhance client engagement strategies.
  • Client Communications: Participate in the creation of personalized client communications and gifting strategy for clients.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate the organization of client events including planning, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Digital Presence: Manage the firm's digital presence, including website updates, SEO, and social media platforms.
  • Content Calendar: Create and execute content calendars for digital channels, ensuring timely posting and engagement tracking.
  • Metrics and Recommendations: Monitor metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Brand Building: Support brand-building initiatives and ensure the firm's branding is consistently applied across all marketing materials.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in marketing or communications, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
