We are seeking a seasoned Product Director to lead our product team and drive strategic growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our product vision, aligning it with our company's broader objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership and Development: Build and manage a high-performing team of product managers and leaders, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, and collaborating with other heads of departments to implement operational and structural changes.
- Strategic Initiatives: Lead the strategy for technological and process innovation, researching and identifying new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Create synergy across various disciplines, engaging with leaders across departments to establish clear expectations and unified approaches.
- Performance and Growth Monitoring: Manage and evaluate the performance of the product team, fostering high engagement and satisfaction levels, and ensuring that products are delivered to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
- Demonstrated leadership in developing successful product teams and leaders.
- Enhanced team productivity and operational efficiency.
- Expansion of the company's market share and customer satisfaction.
- Sustainable growth in company revenue and strategic positioning.
- 15+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a software consultancy environment.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A track record of managing cross-functional teams and projects.
