Product Management Director

Join our team as a Product Management Director and drive the development of our cutting-edge Photon Counting CT (PCCT) Detector products. As a seasoned product management professional, you will be responsible for defining product specifications, revenue forecasting, and business planning. Your expertise will be crucial in developing a detailed understanding of PCCT OEM customer needs, end-use applications, and the key value proposition of our direct conversion semiconductor PCCT technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product launch plans, including product collateral and training materials
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to build relationships with major PCCT customers and understand their product strategies and competitive positioning
- Work closely with the Finance and Production teams to understand product cost drivers and technology investment strategies
- Lead the development of product lifecycle management processes, including achievement gates for product launch, maintenance, upgrades, and end-of-life
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' technical experience and 5 years' product management experience
- Strong technical background in system-level product development or design in medical imaging systems or comparable vertical markets
- Excellent analytical and business management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate highly technical individuals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review and analyze data, documents, and processes to ensure accuracy
