At Twin Pine Inn & Suite, we are seeking a skilled Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience. Your duties will include registering arriving guests, assigning rooms, and providing information on hotel facilities and services. You will also be responsible for processing guests' departures, calculating charges, and receiving payments. Additionally, you will maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Provide customer service
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week
