Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at CareCorp Senior Services. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in a long-term care and assisted living facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform assessments and develop care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Administer medications and provide personal care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Supervise and direct care staff to ensure that residents receive the best possible care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the care team.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
  • Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in dementia care and cultural education are preferred.
