About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Yaxley, Peterborough. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily activities, such as personal care and medication management
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Support individuals to access the community, maintain their homes, and engage in social activities
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement personalized support plans
Requirements
  • Driver with access to a vehicle for work
  • Flexibility to work across various shifts and venues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
