Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Front Line Work Force Inc. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Job Summary:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, including walking and transferring.
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients, including engaging in activities and conversations.
  • Administer medications and provide wound care as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Community Disability Studies Certificate.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate.
Work Environment:
  • Non-smoking environment.
  • Varied work schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
