Sales Associate

Job Summary:
The Sales Associate is a key member of the Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween team, responsible for delivering exceptional Guest Services and supporting the Store Management Team in achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Company Standard.
- Support the Store Management Team in generating sales, conducting housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all guests.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on Guest Services.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 17 years old.
- Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for 8 hours.
