As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our resort facilities, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance duties, including cleaning, minor repairs, and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor and control access to all facilities in the park, ensuring the safety and security of our guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Patrol the property to ensure that guidelines and property standards are being followed.
- Report any problems or safety hazards to the Resort Manager and/or authorities.
- Previous experience in maintenance and customer service, preferably in a hospitality or property management setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
