Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DS3 McLeod N Sons Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of food, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Monitor food quality and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for kitchen operations.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in food service management or a related field is an asset.
