Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Har Trucking. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, including planning and organizing tasks, coordinating activities with other work units, and monitoring the movement of supplies and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work and ensure timely completion
  • Oversee operational logistics, including planning and organizing tasks
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Coordinate traffic flow of supplies
  • Compile worksheets and specifications of orders
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Keep track of shipments
  • Maintain vehicle operator work records
  • Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
  • Organize and maintain inventory
