Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at NEW TARGET ELECTRICAL LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage and distribute mail and other materials
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including supervising other workers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information, and maintain accurate records
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations as needed
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Windows, and Word
