Regional Business Development Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development professional to join our team at Kal Tire. As a Regional Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue streams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate deals to secure new customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align market strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
- Utilize performance tracking, reports, and presentations to differentiate Kal Tire as a supplier of choice and drive sales growth.
- Manage and maintain client information in the CRM database to ensure current account information and insights.
- Analyze sales data to inform and update portfolio strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- Light Duty Fleet Experience and knowledge of the tire industry are considered assets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service-focused approach.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong organization and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
