Job Title: Room Attendant

Prestige Kamloops Hotel is seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit individual to join our housekeeping team as a Room Attendant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests' rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-stocked.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Restock and replenish linens, towels, and toiletries
  • Empty trash and recyclables from guest rooms and common areas
  • Disinfect and sanitize high-touch areas, such as door handles and light switches
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient room cleaning and maintenance
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential
