We are seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at the Prestige Kamloops Hotel. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.



Key Responsibilities


  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and appliances
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests
  • Restock linens and supplies as needed
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation


Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects and equipment
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
