Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Chef de projet en ingénierie des données pour rejoindre notre équipe de transformation numérique. En tant que Chef de projet, vous serez responsable de la conception et de la mise en œuvre de solutions de données innovantes pour soutenir les opérations et l'ingénierie du réseau de Bell Canada.
Responsabilités- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des architectures de données robustes et sécurisées pour les produits de mégadonnées et la science des données.
- Diriger des équipes de développement pour la création de pipelines de données, de processus ETL et de solutions infonuagiques.
- Collaborer avec les intervenants pour comprendre les opérations de l'entreprise, les besoins en matière de données et les points faibles, et veiller à ce que les solutions de données appuient les principaux résultats de l'entreprise.
- Évaluer et optimiser en permanence les pipelines de données en matière de rendement, d'efficacité des coûts et d'évolutivité dans les environnements infonuagiques.
- Se tenir au courant des dernières avancées en matière de plateformes infonuagiques, d'outils de mégadonnées et de pratiques d'ingénierie des données, et veiller à ce que les solutions tirent parti des technologies de pointe.
- Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.
- 7 ans et plus d'expérience en développement et en architecture de logiciels.
- 2 ans et plus d'expérience dans le développement de composants d'ingénierie des données, par exemple Kafka, DataFlow, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Sqoop, Hive, etc.
- 4 ans et plus de compréhension des outils ETL traditionnels et de l'architecture d'entreposage de données.
- 2 ans et plus de codage en Scala / Spark, Spark Streaming / Java.
- Certifications d'architecte de solutions et/ou d'ingénieur de données infonuagiques (GCP préférable).
- Solides connaissances de l'architecture infonuagique et des microservices.
- Expert en SQL/NoSQL ou autres langages de requête.
- Expérience avec Infrastructure as Code (Terraform ou GitLab CI/CD).
- Connaissance de la surveillance, de l'orchestration et de la consignation des pipelines de données.
- Cartographier les besoins de l'entreprise actuels et futurs au modèle de données global.
- Concevoir des ensembles de données et une architecture de table pour assurer une bonne gouvernance des données.
- Solide compréhension des transformations par lots par rapport aux transformations en continu (par exemple, fenêtrage, données arrivant en retard).
- Minimiser les coûts par besoin opérationnel requis pour le traitement et le stockage des données.
- Expérience en soutien aux essais de logiciels et de systèmes et aux opérations.
- Solides compétences en leadership et en constitution d'équipes, et doit être en mesure de collaborer efficacement avec un groupe de personnes très performantes.
- Capacité de leadership démontrée à étayer les décisions par la recherche et le « pourquoi », et à articuler plusieurs options, les avantages et les inconvénients de chacune, et une recommandation.
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et en communication, y compris écrites, verbales et illustrations technologiques.
- Connaissance de Linux/Unix et compétences en matière de scripts.
- Expérience pratique de la mise en place d'environnements conteneurisés (par exemple, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Expérience dans la gestion d'ensembles de données HSPII, familiarité avec les règlements sur la confidentialité.
- Expérience avec les techniques d'analyse prédictive (par exemple, modélisation prédictive, programmation statistique, apprentissage automatique, extraction de données, visualisation de données).
- Connaissance pratique des outils DevOps et des langages de programmation/de script tels que Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go, Ansible, Git.
- Solide expérience des principes, des pratiques et des outils Agile / Scrum et DevOps.
