About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team at Wall Centre Hotels. As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in creating memorable connections with our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve food and beverage items to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Set up function rooms prior to guest arrival, ensuring a seamless and polished experience.
  • Clear tables and return equipment to their respective areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Gather all necessary equipment to service a function and maintain a clear service corridor.
  • Move tables and chairs as assigned, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Inform supervisors of any problems or complaints, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Properly handle all equipment, including props, glassware, and other items, ensuring proper storage after use.

Requirements

  • Food Safe Level 1 certification.
  • Serve it Right certification.
  • Work Permit.
