Job Summary
We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and processing donations, and merchandising products.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
