Parking Lot Operations Coordinator

Avalon Translink is seeking a skilled Parking Lot Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments, monitoring quality and production levels, and preparing and submitting progress reports.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field. They will also possess excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Parking Lot Operations Coordinator will work closely with our dispatch management service software and electronic scheduler to ensure efficient operations. They will also be responsible for training staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating activities with other work units or departments
- Monitoring quality and production levels
- Preparing and submitting progress reports
- Requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies
- Resolving work problems and providing technical advice
- Training staff and workers
The Parking Lot Operations Coordinator will be a key member of our team, working closely with our transportation logistics team to ensure the smooth operation of our parking facilities.
