Key Responsibilities- Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to sales staff to ensure that the store is running efficiently and that customers are being served promptly.
- Order Merchandise: Place orders for merchandise and supplies to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that customers have access to the products they need.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and sell merchandise to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure that the store's inventory is accurately tracked and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
