Ciena Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President, Regulatory to lead our Broadband Access Product Line Management team.
Key Responsibilities- Set the strategic direction for the overall solution and product line to align with key corporate objectives.
- Oversee the entire product & solution life cycle, from conception to end-of-life, leading and mentoring cross-functional teams in the development, launch, and management of products.
- Manage product pricing and positioning strategies, ensuring products meet both quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on product performance and customer feedback.
- Extensive experience in senior product management roles with direct experience in Broadband technologies including Routing, Switching, PON and BNG.
- Demonstrated knowledge of product line management principles and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. An MBA is preferred.
