Key Responsibilities:- Track and Complete Work Orders: Accurately track and complete work orders to meet production deadlines.
- Monitor Supply Movement: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to ensure efficient production.
- Perform Routine Clerical Duties: Perform routine clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Consult with Production Supervisor: Consult with the production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner.
- Monitor Production Progress: Monitor production progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Free Parking: Free parking available on site.
- Permanent Position: Permanent full-time position with 35-47 hours per week.
- English Language: English language proficiency required.
