We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Clerk to join our team at Don Schelew Dry Cleaning / Sameday Dry Cleaners. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and Complete Work Orders: Accurately track and complete work orders to meet production deadlines.
  • Monitor Supply Movement: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to ensure efficient production.
  • Perform Routine Clerical Duties: Perform routine clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Consult with Production Supervisor: Consult with the production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner.
  • Monitor Production Progress: Monitor production progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Permanent Position: Permanent full-time position with 35-47 hours per week.
