Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists. As a key member of our maintenance operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment.

The successful candidate will possess strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to install, maintain, and repair complex industrial machinery.

You will work closely with production associates and management to ensure that all equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Performing preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery.
  • Writing, maintaining, and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
  • Programming PLCs.
  • Completing daily maintenance and repair logs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A working knowledge, education or experience in one or more of the following areas: electrical systems, mechanical systems, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, welding, piping systems, and PLC programming.
  • The ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent or technical school training preferred.
