About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Glazier to join our team at Disher Construction Ltd (BC1077745). As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing and repairing glass and glazing systems in various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the type of glass, frames, and materials required for each project
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate work requirements
  • Measure, mark, and cut glass to precise specifications
  • Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors, or glass products
  • Repair glass doors and other glass structures
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in glazing and glass installation
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Physical stamina to work at heights and in various weather conditions
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
