Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Barber Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our barber shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining a high level of customer service, and ensuring the overall success of the shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of barbers to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality work.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the shop runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and inventory to ensure the shop's financial stability.
  • Marketing: Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies to promote the shop and attract new customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio.
