Job Title: Indian Cuisine Chef

We are seeking a skilled Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team at Chola Indian Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Indian dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our staff and customers.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintaining accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  • Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
