We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chairside Dental Assistant to join our team at First Street Family Dental in Orangeville, ON. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering top-notch treatment.

About the Role:

  • Provide outstanding treatment assistance to our dentists, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient treatment delivery.
  • Prepare the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our goal of delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a positive, supportive work environment.

  • A part-time position with a flexible schedule, offering 20-25 hours per week, 2-3 days a week, with no weekend shifts.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a Dental Assisting program is an asset.
  • 2+ years of experience in a dental setting is required.
  • Experience with dental practice management software, such as Tracker, is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
  • A customer service mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
