Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong background in restaurant management, with a focus on leading teams and driving sales growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service. You will also be involved in marketing initiatives, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members
  • Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality food products
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving procedures to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to employees
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, labor, and inventory data
  • Collaborate with other restaurant managers to share best practices and improve overall store performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably with a fast-food or quick-service background
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (if required by the location)
