Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wealth Associate to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a Wealth Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and helping to deepen relationships with existing clients through wealth management activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prepare wealth management meetings for advisors with their clients/prospects.
  • Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to details. Liaise with various departments for execution, where necessary.
  • Assist the advisor team with client onboarding.
  • Maintain existing client accounts and COI relationships and identify opportunities to contact clients: manage timelines and key dates for accounts.
  • Support advisor team and client through the wealth management process and maintain audit of all wealth management activities and priorities.
Requirements
  • Candidate must have Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH).
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that will come across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clients.
  • Experience working on a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task/attention to detail/problem solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in securities industry, preferably with RBC Dominion Securities.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office.
