Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons #9334. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Package take-out food and portion and wrap foods to meet customer needs.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Client focus, reliability, team player, initiative, dependability, and positive attitude.
