About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team at Reflect Media. As a critical role in our digital marketing team, you will coordinate with a powerhouse team of ad strategists, SEO experts, content writers, social media specialists, designers, and developers to support our clients and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing account managers in developing and managing clients' online marketing strategies.
  • Project and task coordination with ClickUp software.
  • Compile and cross-check reports provided by the SEO, social media, and paid marketing teams.
  • Support the SEO and development team with website optimization and testing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through regular email communication and meetings.
  • Onboard new marketing clients.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing agency setting.
  • Understanding of basic concepts of SEO, ad management, social media, and web design.
  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace, Clickup, Quickbooks, or similar tools is an asset.
