About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring Childcare Provider to join our team at LAURIE LANOUE. As a key member of our household, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children.

Responsibilities
  • Childcare and Education: Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, including bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children.
  • Discipline and Guidance: Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, promoting a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the children, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
  • Rest and Relaxation: Prepare infants and children for rest periods, ensuring they get the sleep they need.
  • Supervision and Care: Supervise and care for children, providing a safe and engaging environment for their development.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking and scent-free work environment.
  • Work Setting: Employer's home.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding work, requiring the ability to work under pressure.
Language and Work Schedule
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
