Taco Time Supervisor

We are seeking a seasoned Culinary Operations Leader to join our team at Taco Time. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled supervisor to lead and manage food service staff, overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of culinary staff, providing guidance on food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to maintain high-quality standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring data-driven decision making.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen performance, highlighting areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
RequirementsTo succeed in this position, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Permanent employment status.
- Proficiency in English as the primary language of communication.
- A flexible schedule, with the ability to work 35 hours per week.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, reflecting their value to our team and commitment to excellence.
