Adecco Canada is seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our client's construction projects in Calgary. As a prominent general contracting company, they deliver excellence in commercial, institutional, and multifamily projects. We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to join their team and contribute to the success of our diverse and exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and mentor internal project teams to meet project goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and allocate necessary resources to complete projects in line with commitments.
  3. Provide guidance on bids, budgeting, and pre-construction services to ensure cost-effective designs.
  4. Oversee client relationships to ensure positive experiences and ongoing partnerships.
  5. Promote a strong safety culture in line with company strategies and values.
Requirements
  1. Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent experience in construction.
  2. Gold Seal Certification (GSC) is an asset.
  3. Knowledge of LEED standards.
  4. 15 or more years of experience in commercial construction.
  5. At least 10 years of hands-on experience in construction project management.
  6. Proven success with multiple project delivery methods.
  7. Strong negotiation, diplomacy, and conflict resolution skills.
