Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including developing and implementing risk management plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, construction, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficient in project management software, including Primavera Contract, Microsoft Projects, and Excel.
