Sales Team Lead

At Manitoba Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, assigning duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Sales Team: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assign Duties and Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties and tasks, ensuring that all sales activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and Train Staff: Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Authorize Payments and Orders: Authorize payments by cheque and order merchandise as needed.
- Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for the sales team, ensuring that all sales activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to management.
- Resolve Issues: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, ensuring that all sales activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all sales activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of office and volunteer staff, ensuring that all sales activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong client focus, ensuring that all sales activities are completed with the customer in mind.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Possess efficient interpersonal skills, ensuring that all sales activities are completed with effective communication and teamwork.
- Organized: Be highly organized, ensuring that all sales activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Judgement: Demonstrate sound judgement, ensuring that all sales activities are completed with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to Multitask: Possess the ability to multitask, ensuring that all sales activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
