Job Title: Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our Controlling functions within the Freud/Diablo operations in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide business support, leadership, and stewardship to sales and management for the division.
  • Support Month End and Year End Closing, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements, and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply knowledge to improve financial processes and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a distribution environment.
  • Completed Post-Secondary Degree in Business or Accounting & Finance.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with AS400, SAP, or other ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
