Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction staff, including foremen, carpenters, and laborers.
  • Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality construction.
  • Provide training and guidance to construction staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Ability to travel to construction sites as required.
